School Visit to our French Pen Pals
This visit took place in Douai 2 hrs from Calais on 26th June between Hartley Primary and Tip Top Connextions in France Douai. This was an invitation after their visit to our English school last year.

We baked brioches, had a language workshop, visited the farm and the children had a donkey ride and a horse and cart ride. We also visited a food market. We picnic with our French host in the farm testing French fayre at lunchtime and had an English tea at 4 o'clock before heading back.

As you can see from these photos everyone had great fun on this very special day!
